By signing the partnership agreement electronically, the signatory understands that he or she is committing his or her organization to partner with the ENERGY STAR program, recognizes the commitments made by CEPOL to its partners and agrees to comply with all the conditions and obligations of this ACCORD. This partnership agreement applies to trained and certified professionals who wish to perform energy analysis and on-site inspections/tests for on-site ENERGY STAR certified homes or multi-family/condominium dwellings, under the supervision of an EPO-approved Certification Organization (HCO) or the Multifamily Review Organization (MRO). To join as a partner, your organization must support existing commercial, industrial and/or commercial markets. The partnership is a good opportunity for your organization to publicly defend the environmental and financial benefits of energy management. Specific commitments are explained below. The EPO offers special recognition to owners, contractors and factory builders who commit to build 100% of their homes and apartments to be CERTIFIed ENERGY STAR. Eligible organizations can make 100% commitment through their My ENERGY STAR (MESA) account. The opportunity to cooperate with the Indoor AIRPLUS program will be available as part of the ENERGY STAR partnership process. Once the agreement is reached, you will be asked to review the terms and obligations of the Indoor AIRPLUS Partnership Agreement. If your organization is already an ENERGY STAR partner and wants to sign an indoor airplus partnership agreement, sign in to your My ENERGY STAR account. To become an ENERGY STAR partner, you must submit an online application via this site and then have the oldest administrator sign a partnership contract that will be emailed to you after the online application closes. This ACCORD is voluntary and can be terminated without penalty by both parties at any time and for any reason.
